Our story
Whether you join us downtown, by the water or uptown, Vara is built around one idea: a steakhouse can be generous without being heavy. Every detail — from the wine list to the last espresso — is there to make the evening yours.
Our menu starts with prime beef aged in-house and wagyu from three prefectures, then moves freely: whole fish, a raw bar, and vegetables treated with the same care as the steaks.
